📄 REFUND, CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

At MFPCS, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal with food products (spices and pickles), our refund and return policy is as follows:


1. No Return Policy (Food Safety)

Due to the nature of food items:

  • Returns are not accepted once products are delivered.
  • This policy is followed to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

Refund or replacement will be provided only if:

  • The product received is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

To request support:

  • Share clear images/videos of the product
  • Include order number and issue details

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • MFPCS is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
