📄 REFUND, CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy
At MFPCS, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal with food products (spices and pickles), our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. No Return Policy (Food Safety)
Due to the nature of food items:
- Returns are not accepted once products are delivered.
- This policy is followed to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
Refund or replacement will be provided only if:
- The product received is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
To request support:
- Share clear images/videos of the product
- Include order number and issue details
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- MFPCS is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
